User interface specicfication editing is completed. I mainly focused on adding more details in use cases and some adjustment in the introduction based on the feedback. My group has checked the document already to see if there is any more improvement.

I am still working on the document based on the feedback. In our group meeting, some of us propose some new ideas so there might be some changes in the answer and unanswer sections in the doc. I also corrected with the formatting of my document as told and keep adding more details in all use cases. Besides, before we published another version of the document, group members will checked together to see if there is improvement with sentences structure.

The document for user interface specification is finished. I have already released 2 version for my document 0.1 and 0.2 for my gp21 UI spec. However, my group will do a double check for my document so to ensure the document released version is perfect. I haven’t changed my version from draft to released yet. We had a few meetings already last week and I adjusted and added a few things in it and updated to 0.2 version.

I improved the slides and changing some of my old ideas and add some new ideas with use cases. I also added error condition to fulfill the requirements. After we had a group meeting, we ended up having more ideas in the slides which I will show it in the tutorial. Last but not least, we decided its better to have a small walkthrough scenraio with both users admin and general viewers.

Week 1
I have looked up the user cases fr1,fr2 and fr3 to check the requirements of our site. It raises a few questions like what is our scenario in our project, what is our potential customers or organizations and what are the tasks our customers want to accomplish.

In this week, I have done slides with scenario of this project, use cases, each of their roles need and some draft of the user interface. Basically I have narrowed down to 3 typical users in our website which are general user types, admin user types and editor user types.
General user types are those african farmers want to learn more about farming. I summarized the general user types to second general class. This type of users will occupy a large proportion in the website.
Editor user types are for farmers or expertise in farming industry or anyone who are willing to share their experience of farming. I summarize them into first general class or sub class.
Admin user type is for Animal Health and Production Technology in Plateau State Nigeria (FCAHPT)
Each of them has the ability of performing different kind of actions. I have already listed in my slides for each users.
Last but not least, I have the draft of our mainpage website with 2 different ideas.
